At Xtreme PCs LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below:

Service-Based Work
Because our work involves custom services such as PC builds, diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades, all payments are final once the service is completed.

No refunds will be issued for services that have been delivered and approved by the client.

We offer a 7-day service guarantee: if you experience an issue directly related to the work we performed, we’ll correct it at no additional cost within 7 days of service.
Deposits

Any deposits paid in advance for custom builds or parts are non-refundable unless the job is canceled before any parts are ordered or labor begins.

If parts have already been ordered, the customer may still be responsible for the cost of those parts.
Parts & Hardware

Refunds on parts or hardware purchased through Xtreme PCs LLC are only offered if the item is defective and returnable under the manufacturer’s warranty.

We are not responsible for the performance or compatibility of parts provided by the customer.
Missed Appointments & Trip Charges

The standard trip charge is non-refundable, even if the service is canceled or declined at the time of arrival.
